RESTAURANT

The hotel's restaurant offers traditional Russian and Uzbek as well as the European kitchen. Pelmeni, blinis with caviar, pierogi, shashlik, borscht, beef stroganoff, kotlety - you can taste it all. Even sophisticated game dishes made of hunting trophies are on the menu. How about a wild pig steak in a cranberry sauce, an elk ragout with wild mushrooms from surrounding forests, a stuffed partridge or a "czar style" sturgeon?

RUSSIAN BANYA

Enjoy a very pleasant relaxation, even true experience – the banya, since centuries for every Russian a cult. The banya is heated by a wood stove and kept humid by the continuous infusion. Typical for the banya is the mutual whipping by the soaked birch besoms. It activates the blood circulation and spreads a pleasing birch flavour, while the soak water makes a perfect birch infusion. And the most courageous guys can do like true Russians - go for a cool down in the snow!

The resort offers a wide variety of sport activities: skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, shooting stand, paintball, billiard, ping pong or darts. So they take care of your entertainment in the free time or on the non-riding days.
